To formally introduce myself, I’m Holli—travel lover, avid foodie, fitness enthusiast, and the heart and soul behind Sills Empowerment Solutions.

I was once in your shoes. For 13 years, I worked as a School Counselor, feeling unsure and stuck in a career path I didn’t know how to leave. The idea of transitioning into something entirely different felt overwhelming and out of reach. But I knew I needed a change. So, I gave myself a year to research, learn, and truly understand how to make the leap into remote work and start fresh in a new career field. Through determination, careful planning, and strategy, I made the transition. I found freedom. I left my job and gained the ability to travel the world while working remotely in roles that come with a 401K, health, and insurance benefits.

As a divorced single mom, finding work that actually fit my life became deeply personal to me, and it’s a huge part of why I’m so passionate about helping other women and parents create careers with more flexibility, stability, and freedom. Through Sills Empowerment Solutions, I provide the knowledge, resources, and support needed for each person to excel in a remote career, because remote work creates the space to earn a steady income, reduce stress, and prioritize what matters most.
